By maintaining clean job sites and respecting homeowners' time, we ensure a seamless experience for all involved.
Our pre-list renovation service operates on a deferred payment model, ensuring homeowners incur no upfront costs. Instead, our invoice is settled upon the successful sale of the property. During our initial strategy meeting, we provide a comprehensive estimate, typically ranging from $20 to $25 per square foot of the total floor plan size. You'll receive transparent reporting on the financing structure, with terms typically set at 120 days and subject to a nominal finance charge under a contractual agreement. All financial details are meticulously reviewed and agreed upon by all parties involved. Upon the sale of the home, the renovation costs are seamlessly integrated into the conveyancing process and deducted from the proceeds of the sale.
